What are this site's return policies?

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or within 120 days of purchase for a store credit. The item to be returned must be unused.

Shipping charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the product. If you are asking for a replacement, the site will ship the item free to you (for US and Canada).

Products should be returned with all their included accessories including their original packaging. DVDs, CDs, Video Tapes and Books can’t be accepted as returns because of copyright laws.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day (except for Overnight and 2^nd Day Orders). Overnight and 2^nd Day orders must be placed by 3pm EST (Monday – Thursday) and by 10am EST (Friday) for them to be shipped the same day.
